The key to this consistency in quality is setting high expectations and making it clear that anything less than that lofty standard is unacceptable.
Subcontractors
HELD TO HIGH STANDARDS
Lemel Homes maintains a high standard of conduct for the subcontractors we hire for our homebuilding projects. We also encourage them to communicate with homeowners during the construction process, ensuring your needs are met as the project progresses. We require every subcontractor to give us evidence they are insured, and they must sign the Metropolitan Builders Association subcontractor agreement form to keep them on the job for the duration of the schedule.
